What is included in the rental fee?
Your rental includes everything needed to host a smooth, successful event:
- 8‑hour rental period (additional hours available)
- Tables and chairs
- Professional sound system
- Cordless microphones
- 12×12 projection screen
- Catering amenities and prep space
- On‑site support from our team
Additional hours may be added to your rental if needed.
What is your capacity?
Beautiful Banquets is ideally suited for:
- Up to 200 guests for most events
- Up to 225 guests with additional room for dancing
Guests also enjoy ample, free parking on-site.
Can I get married at Beautiful Banquets?
Yes — ceremonies are welcome.
Bridal parties may also use our space and staff for photos, staging, and pre‑event preparation.
Can I bring my own caterer or alcohol?
To ensure the best experience, we require clients to choose from our approved list of vetted caterers, offering a wide range of cuisines and price points.
Special cultural or traditional cuisines may be brought in if commercially prepared and staffed through one of our required service companies.
You are welcome to bring your own alcohol. Instructions for obtaining a one‑day liquor license are available in our Client Section.
Can I add additional time to my contract?
Yes — your event is our sole focus for the day.
- Additional hours may be added up to 30 days before your event
- Extra time is billed at $800 per hour
- Rental periods must run consecutively
(Example: If your event is 4pm–12am, an added hour would be 3pm–4pm)
If the hall is not booked the day before your event, you may also rent business‑hour time for decorating or special setup.
Can I drop off or store items before my event?
Yes.
You may drop off non‑perishable, non‑alcoholic items by appointment prior to your event. Please schedule your drop‑off in advance so our team can prepare for your arrival.
Do you provide AV or entertainment support?
Yes — we offer:
- Microphones
- Speakers
- Projection screen
- Assistance coordinating DJs, performers, or presentations
