    What is your capacity?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

    Beautiful Banquets is ideally suited for:<\/p>\n

    • Up to 200 guests<\/strong> for most events<\/li>\n
    • Up to 225 guests<\/strong> with additional room for dancing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Guests also enjoy ample, free parking<\/strong> on-site.<\/p>\n

      Can I get married at Beautiful Banquets?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      Yes \u2014 ceremonies are welcome.
      \nBridal parties may also use our space and staff for photos, staging, and pre\u2011event preparation<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Can I bring my own caterer or alcohol?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      To ensure the best experience, we require clients to choose from our approved list of vetted caterers<\/strong>, offering a wide range of cuisines and price points.<\/p>\n

      Special cultural or traditional cuisines may be brought in if commercially prepared<\/strong> and staffed through one of our required service companies.<\/p>\n

      You are welcome to bring your own alcohol<\/strong>. Instructions for obtaining a one\u2011day liquor license<\/strong> are available in our Client Section.<\/p>\n

      Can I add additional time to my contract?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

      Yes \u2014 your event is our sole focus for the day.<\/p>\n

      • Additional hours may be added up to 30 days before your event<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Extra time is billed at $800 per hour<\/strong><\/li>\n
      • Rental periods must run consecutively<\/strong>
        \n(Example: If your event is 4pm\u201312am, an added hour would be 3pm\u20134pm)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        If the hall is not booked the day before your event, you may also rent business\u2011hour time<\/strong> for decorating or special setup.<\/p>\n

        Can I drop off or store items before my event?<\/strong><\/h2>\n

        Yes.
        \nYou may drop off non\u2011perishable, non\u2011alcoholic items<\/strong> by appointment prior to your event. Please schedule your drop\u2011off in advance so our team can prepare for your arrival.<\/p>\n

        Do you provide AV or entertainment support?<\/strong><\/h2>\n
